Mountain Top Advisory Group, LLC (“MTAG”) is committed to protecting your
privacy. This privacy notice, which is required by state and federal law, explains the privacy
policies of MTAG. This notice supersedes any other privacy notice you may have received from
MTAG, and its terms apply both to our current customers and to former customers as well.

How We Protect Your Customer Information

We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our clients and to safeguarding their nonpublic
personal information. The following information is provided to help you understand what
personal information we collect, how we protect that information and why, in certain cases, we
may share information with select other parties.

What Kind of Information We Collect

Generally, we do not receive any non-public personal information relating to MTAG
clients, although certain non-public personal information of our clients may become available to
us. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to
anyone, except as permitted by law or as is necessary in order to service clients accounts.

Who Has Access to Customer Information

We restrict access to non-public personal information about MTAG clients to employees
of our investment adviser and business partners with a legitimate business need for the
information. We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect
the non-public personal information of MTAG clients.

To help us keep your customer information up-to-date and accurate, please contact
MTAG if there is any change in your personal information.
